Shandong Taroko New Plant Put Into Construction
Newly built factory in Jibei Development Zone, Jiyang District, Jinan City--Shandong Daluge.
Expansion of Production and Equipment Upgrades
Acquired and capitalized to expand production capacity; replaced dyeing and sizing machines; added polyester digital/transfer printing plant; introduced ERP system.
Environmental Protection and Quality System Construction
Introduced toluene recycling, sizing exhaust gas recycling and printing exhaust gas treatment; passed Bluesign factory inspection; passed BV audit and was certified as Disney's China production factory; upgraded the sewage treatment chemical/reaction/biochemistry system, so that the discharge of COD < 200 mg/L (up to the national standard).
Investment In Sewerage Upgrading
Invested $2 million in upgrading wastewater treatment, significantly improving treatment quality and capacity.
Film Production and Honor Qualification
The filming process was put into production; elected as the 10th director unit of China Textile Industry Enterprise Management Association; awarded as High and New Technology Enterprise of Shandong Province; passed the ISO14001 and ISO9001 dual system certification.
Centralized Control and Certification of Dyeing Plants
Introduction of centralized control system for dyeing machines; HIGG certified.
Specialization and Environmental Certification
Awarded the title of "Specialized, Specialized, Specialized and New" enterprise in Jinan City; passed the GRS environmental protection certification.
Three-System Certification and System Introduction
ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO45001 certified; Huansi system introduced.
Obtaining RCS Certification
Added environmental RCS certification.
